Linkers are the people who help other people connect with the services, things, and support they need. They do this by combining a strong knowledge of their subject area with good listening and communication skills which allow them to join the dots where others can’t.
Linkers who connect bring people together, referring clients on to additional services, or working to resolve disputes.
